By Road:

The district’s administrative center is well connected by road. Koka Autonomous Council Transport buses depart from the district administrative center at regular intervals for places like Guwahati, Diphu, and Hojai. One ASTC (Assam State Transport Corporation) bus travels between Hamren and Nagaon. A regular bus service operated by Meghalaya Transport connects Jowai and Hamren as well.

 

Rail transportation:

There is no train station in the neighborhood. A 48-kilometer drive from Hamren places the closest train station at Hojai. From Hojai, you can access buses and rental cars.

 

Air carriers:

There isn’t an airport in the district. Lokapriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati is the closest airport and from there you need to take a bus ride to reach Koka Picnic spot.
